Only unworn merchandise can be returned. Purchased items are determined not returnable if worn, washed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange part or all of your purchase from SuRu, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info and the method of exchange. We must have this information to process the return. For your contact information, please include your name, address, phone number, the last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase, and your e-mail address. This information will allow us to contact you if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another product of equal dollar value. If you are not happy with your product or size and opt to exchange the item, send us an email with image and size details. Please include the amount you paid for your shipping cost for the return mailing cost. This shipping cost will be reimbursed through money order or through PayPal. Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).

I have received the wrong or damaged item

If you think the item you received is wrong or damaged, please check your digital receipt/email to verify before contacting our customer service team by phone at (510) 592-SURU (7878) or email help@suruclothing.com. We will then advise you on how to resolve the situation. Please include as many details as possible about the wrong item(s). Include photo image for damaged item. Just so you know, we are sincerely sorry if it is our fault and we will include a freebie to compliment the inconveniences. And if it was your mistake, we understand and we will be here to help you sort things out.

We understand some people like to wash their apparel before wear. With that said, it is important that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Our garments have gone through thorough care and have been quality-checked on each production batch before leaving the factory. As much as we like to be helpful, we cannot accept returns that have been washed, soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or handling.
